Hey there, furniture fantastic folks! At Ehfaz Furniture, we’re all about making sure you absolutely adore your new goodies. But hey, sometimes things just aren’t a perfect fit, and that’s totally okay! If your recent purchase isn’t making you do a happy dance, just give us a shout within 5 days of getting your item, and we’ll help you sort out a return or exchange.


Wanna Swap It? (Exchange Policy)

Got your eye on something else? We get it! If you’re dreaming of a different Ehfaz piece, let’s make that exchange happen!

  • Your new treasure should be of equal or lesser value. If it’s less, we’ll happily refund you the difference. If it’s more, you’ll just cover the extra bit. Easy peasy!
  • Just a heads-up, the shipping costs for exchanges are on you.
  • Custom creations, special orders, corporate deals, and items with a color change from their original design are like unique snowflakes – super special, so they’re not eligible for exchange.
  • Changed your mind after it arrived? No worries! For eligible exchanges due to a change of heart, there’s a small 15% exchange fee (based on the item’s invoiced price).

Need to Send It Back? (Return Policy)

Sometimes a return is just what’s needed. Before you ship it back, please make sure to get the green light from us!

  • Just contact us with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the rest.
  • Please make sure your item comes back to us in its original, pristine condition, complete with all its packaging, manuals, and accessories. Think of it like a spa day for your furniture before it comes home!
  • Again, our custom, special order, corporate deal items, and items with a color change are super unique and can’t be returned.
  • If you’re having a change of heart and want to return an eligible item, a 25% return fee (based on the item’s invoiced price) will apply.

Oops, Something’s Not Right? (Refund Policy)

We do our absolute best to make sure your Ehfaz furniture arrives in tip-top shape! But if you notice any damage or defects, please, please, tell us right away while the delivery person is still there! Snapping some photos and videos of the issue is super helpful too!

  • Once we get the damaged or defective item back and give it a quick check, we’ll zoom ahead with your refund or send out a replacement.
  • Just a little note: it might take about 7 business days for your refund to show up on your original payment method. Patience, grasshopper!
